This page explains what personal information Datayogi Labs collects, why, and how we look after it. We only collect what we need to reply to you and do our work.

Who we are

Datayogi Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 15624372), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Questions about your data: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you email us, book a call or request a health check, such as your name, work email, company and project information.
  • Business contact and billing details when we work together.
  • Basic technical information our hosting and security providers log when you visit, such as your IP address and browser.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
  • To prepare proposals, deliver our services and send invoices.
  • To meet legal requirements, such as keeping accounting records.
  • To keep the website secure and understand how many people visit it.

We use it because it is needed for our business relationship with you or your employer, or because the law requires it. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Your browser remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. That setting stays on your device.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: Google (email, forms and hosting), Calendly (call booking) and Cloudflare (website security and analytics). Some of them may store data outside the UK, under safeguards approved by UK law. We may also share information with our accountants or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years.
  • Client and invoice records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email [email protected] and we will reply within a month. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, if the law requires it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
